Q:What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

Our MOQs vary depending on the product and customization complexity. For many popular items, we offer low MOQs starting from just 1 pieces. We always strive to be flexible to accommodate your project needs. Contact us for a specific quote!

Q:How can I get a quote?
A:

You can easily request a free, no-obligation quote by clicking the “Get a Quote” button on any product page or by contacting us directly via email/phone. Please provide details like your desired product, quantity, customization method (e.g., printing, embroidery), and your logo/artwork.

Q:Do you offer samples? How can I order one?
A:

Yes, we do! We highly recommend ordering a physical sample to check the quality and customization before your bulk order. Sample orders are available for a small fee plus shipping.and the existing samples will be provided for free. Once you place a bulk order, the sample fee is often credited back.

Q:What customization methods do you offer?
A:

We offer a wide range of techniques including screen printing,. embroidery, heat transfer, laser engraving, debossing/embossed, and dye-sublimation. Our experts will help you choose the best method for your chosen product and design.

Q:What artwork file formats do you require?
A:

For the best results, we require vector files (such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF coredraw ). We also accept high-resolution (300 DPI) .PNG or .JPG files. Our design team can also assist with simple artwork adjustments if needed.

Can you help us with the design?

Absolutely! Our in-house design team offers professional artwork support. We can create a new design from scratch, optimize your existing logo, or provide multiple design concepts for you to choose from.

Is there a setup or artwork fee?

For most standard customization, there is no setup fee. However, complex designs requiring extensive redrawing or new design creation may incur a one-time fee, which will be clearly communicated upfront.

What is your typical production time?

Standard production time is 5 business days after order confirmation and final artwork approval. Rush production is also available. And we can finish the rush order within 12-24hours.

How do you handle quality control?

Quality is our priority. Every single product undergoes a rigorous multi-step quality check before it is carefully packed and shipped. We ensure that the customization, colors, and craftsmanship meet our high standards and your expectations.

Where do you ship from? Do you offer international shipping?

We ship from our main facility in China. Yes, we have extensive experience with international shipping and can deliver to most countries worldwide. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely.
